A sunny but very long Day 2 at Cheshire County Show today, but well worth it.
It started yesterday with Heather and Matty finishing 5th in a very strong Novice class after jumping a brilliant clear.
Today Freddie and Troytown won the Novice 15hh jumping a perfect clear. Paddy also jumped a lovely clear in his Novice class to take top spot. It's always lovely to have two horses in the Championship!
Poppy was a star as usual taking 3rd place in the HOYS qualifier, while Callum and Brian had an unlucky pole in their HOYS class to finish 5th. Brian is only 5, but with the consistency of horse twice his age!
Charlotte and Lockinge Petunia went foot perfect in the Novice M&M Ridden class, but obviously not the judge's 'cup of tea' today. Georgia too had a great day - she rode brilliantly on Noble Nuttella to jump a great clear in her Novice WHP class!
Well done team, such a lovely day. Now en-route to Lincoln County Show with half of the team to start all over again tomorrow - we must be mad!
